This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between Petsound Limited ("we," "our," or "us"), a New Zealand company, and you ("the User" or "you"). By downloading, installing, or using PhoneDemo ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on your Android device for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to this Agreement.

2. Ownership of Your Content

All audio recordings, projects, and files you create using the App ("Your Content") belong entirely to you. We claim no ownership, and we have no access to Your Content. It is stored solely on your device and any cloud storage services you choose to connect.

You are responsible for backing up Your Content. We are not liable for any loss of data, including recordings lost due to device failure, app uninstallation, or user error.

3. Cloud Services (Google Drive & Dropbox)

The App may allow you to link your own Google Drive or Dropbox account to export, import, or back up Your Content. This functionality is provided as a convenience and relies on your existing accounts with those services. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies, not this Agreement. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or operation of those third-party services.

The App, including its code, design, name, and logo, is owned by Petsound Limited and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the App itself.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Petsound Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to your device.

If we are found liable, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any). If the App is provided free of charge, our liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

9. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date and, where reasonably possible, via the App or our website. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
